Mammoth Detail Salon- Old Milton Parkway

Very disappointing experience. I went to Mammoth Car Wash in Alpharetta and got the “Mammoth Clean,” which was around $50. I expected the car to come back much cleaner than it did, especially since this service is supposed to include a more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, when I looked through my car afterward, I immediately noticed several areas that had clearly been missed. There was still dirt, dust, crumbs and debris throughout the interior including seat tracks, door compartments, and around the center console. The exterior also still had noticeable spots and marks. I’m not expecting every tiny corner of a car to be absolutely perfect, but these were pretty obvious areas. I shouldn’t be able to take this many pictures of dirt and debris immediately after having my car professionally cleaned. What concerned me even more was noticing a slight dent/mark on my car afterward that I do not remember being there before. My car is a 2026 Tesla, so I pay close attention to its condition. I can’t say for certain how or when the dent happened, but noticing it after the service definitely added to my frustration. Overall, the biggest issue for me was the lack of attention to detail.

I have been coming here for the past 5 years and everytime I am satisfied. Does take a bit of time but worth every second! And let’s not forget their very convenient at home service! Thank you to the Mammoth team and their wonderful management.

This used to be a great car wash, unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined while the prices have continued to increase. I paid nearly $70 for a wash and detail, yet my vehicle was returned with multiple dirty spots that were clearly missed. For that price, I expect much better attention to detail and a finished product that actually looks clean. The customer service was also disappointing. The staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. A positive attitude and good service go a long way, especially when customers are paying premium prices!!!

I've been coming to Mammoth Detail Salon for a number of years. Out of all the other options, this place is the most consistent and good at what they do. I appreciate their membership programs and the app that let's me know when their open with wait times. Not to mention the upgrades makes waiting more comfortable.
